Shortland and Sawbridge was established in 1998 by Edward Shortland and his daughter Catherine Sawbridge. They started the business with a vision: To provide helpful and affordable estate planning services to the community.
They quickly built up a large database of customers in the Epsom and Chessington area, which has now expanded into Surrey, South London and further. Customers appreciate the personal and high-quality service offered by the pair.
Edward became well-known as a man seen around town, smartly dressed in suits and dress shoes. Local people would be pleasantly surprised when he visited them to take their instructions for their Wills.
Sadly, in July 2017, Edward passed away from Pancreatic Cancer, leaving behind his wife, children and grandchildren. But what about Shortland and Sawbridge?
It has gone from strength to strength, Catherine runs the business primarily by herself and continues to meet local people her father helped years ago, as well as new people in need of help.
